Elevate Early Learning Conference

At Child Care Aware of Washington, we are change agents in developing an outstanding child care and early learning system available to all of Washington’s children. As part of this important work, we are thrilled to present our ninth annual Elevate Early Learning Conference. This year our conference will be virtual on October 21, 22, and 23, 2024.

This year’s theme is Liberatory Leadership Strengthening and Sustaining Equitable Practices. We are committed to designing an inclusive learning event for professionals in Relationship-Based Professional Development (RBPD) roles. RBPD roles support the early learning community and include coaches, trainers, family services professionals, and mental health consultants throughout Washington State.

Join us this year as we continue learning, connecting, and growing in our Liberatory Leadership. We believe in our collective and innate leadership. Creating intentional spaces where we can slow down to integrate new learning and lived experiences will promote liberating and healing as a relationship-based community.
