Elevate Early Learning Conference

At Child Care Aware of Washington, we are change agents in developing an outstanding child care and early learning system available to all of Washington’s children. As part of this important work, we are thrilled to present our 10th annual Elevate Early Learning Conference, taking place in person from October 15-18, 2025 at the Tacoma Convention Center. This milestone event brings together professionals in Relationship-Based Professional Development (RBPD) roles—coaches, trainers, family services professionals, and mental health consultants—who support Washington’s early learning community.

Join us as we celebrate a decade of learning, connection, and growth. Through engaging sessions and meaningful discussions, attendees will explore strategies to support Washington’s children, families, and early learning professionals.
