Child Care Aware of Washington provides scholarships to Early Achievers and ECEAP coaches and qualifying staff for the University of Washington’s Certificate in Practice-Based Coaching program.

- Covers tuition and tuition related fees, paid directly to the University of Washington
- Books reimbursement of up to $500 per contract

Eligibility
- Be employed as an Early Achievers or ECEAP coach or lead staff
- Have applied for the University of Washington’s Certificate in Practice-Based Coaching program

Expectations
- Complete the University of Washington’s Certificate in Practice-Based Coaching program
- Scholars must remain with their same employer for 6 months after the successful completion of a year long scholarship contract
