Everyone Leads
Everyone Leads: This training provides participants with the opportunity to explore personality and communication. Participants will review personality types and discuss strategies to improve communication and understanding between differing personality types in the workplace. After working in large and small groups participants will be able to identify communication needs of your early learning team to improve overall environment for children and families. We will also briefly explore components around organizational leadership development as well as the role early childhood professionals play in vision casting for children, families, and classrooms.
