The Growing Brain: Factors Affecting Brain Growth and Development

In this training from the The Growing Brain series, participants will explore how and when the brain is most plastic in early childhood. We will look at the stress system, and explore how brains are adaptative with experiences and environmental factors. We will finish this training by discussing how adult caregivers have a vital role to play in helping children regulate stress and build resilience.
