Description
Families of all kinds are essential to children’s well-being. When any parents or guardians are discussed, whether they are heterosexual, gay, adoptive, kinship, single, or married, early childhood professionals are simply discussing family. In this training, we will discuss what it means to be an LGBTQ+ supporter and discuss strategies to create a welcoming LGBTQ+ learning environment that is inclusive to all children and families.
