📖Description: This self-paced training encourages early childhood educators to view children’s behavior as a way of expressing needs, feelings, and experiences. You will explore how development, relationships, routines, and environment all influence behavior in the classroom. The training will offer practical strategies you can use right away to respond with care and consistency, support social-emotional growth, and include all children. By the end, you’ll feel more confident noticing what children are trying to communicate and making thoughtful, supportive choices. This training is intended to take 4 hours to complete, but completion time might vary depending on individual needs.
