This is a comprehensive business curriculum designed for child care owners and administrators. This curriculum covers business plans, business leadership (hiring, orienting, etc.), marketing, and finances. Webinars, activities, and homework assignments are designed to strengthen child care businesses and prepare them for lending opportunities, and to improve facilities, program marketing, and overall program effectiveness. This virtual series is a mixture of live webinars and self-paced learning with homework. All work must be completed on time for 22 hours of STARS credit and no partial credit will be awarded. Interested administrators can print our detailed Business of Child Care flyer (under “Providers” on our website). NOTE: This class more than meets the WAC requirement for directors, assistant directors, and program supervisors who need 10 hours of leadership training every 3 years. Dates for virtual sessions are as follows, 10/6/, 10/13, 10/20, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17 Final Assignment due on 11/24. Please be sure you can attend ALL sessions before registering. Priority seating for those in Clallam, Jefferson, Kitsap, Mason, Grays Harbor, and Thurston Counties @public
